Race Day!  Schedule below.  It’s important to arrive before the race time so the car can be officially weighed and checked in.  Otherwise you may miss the race! Each car races four times in different lanes on the track and prizes are awarded to the top four finishers as well most creative and best overall design.  The top finishers are also moved into the Inter-Pack Championship where our best cars race against Pack 200’s best cars.  This typically takes place when we complete all of our races.  I’m expecting that to be approximately 5:30pm but please have some patience and flexibility.  The track electronics and software can be little temperamental.  It’s also a good idea to bring drinks and snacks to keep the kids happy.

I know that everyone’s schedules are little crazy these days and we do have situations when a Cub Scout cannot make the designated time due to other commitments.  This is particularly true the Inter-Pack Championship.  If you are unable to make a race time but can get the school prior to check the car in, please let me know.  I will check with all the winners on their availability for the Inter-Pack race later in the day.  I don’t track you down, please track me down!
